Our support in application of the Walloon Soil Decree

We provide independent support in the different stages of compliance of polluted sites recommanded in the Decree  of the 1st of March, 2018 on Soil Management and Soil Remediation, whether this is land currently in use or earmarked for redevelopment. In particular, we provide:

• advice on whether or not it is worth undertaking a risk assessment, the types of risk to be assessed, the surfaces concerned
• external opinions on dossiers: critical rereading of risk assessments, feasibility studies for remediation work, remediation programmes
• external opinions optimising remediation objectives based on the risks specific to the land and its use
• advice on land development in particular in the content of real estate projects in order to reduce the costs of managing soil pollution
• advice on drafting and optimising specifications or rereading of bid

We also provide independent insights able to help you in your decisions concerning:

• the acquisition of polluted (or potentially polluted) land
• the definition of environmental requirements in the framework of exploitation permit resumption projects
